*To receive the Early Bird rate, participants must register for workshops one month (30 days) prior to the workshop date.
**To receive the Early Career rate, you must be engaged in clinical practice within 5 years of graduation from your most advanced degree.
***To receive the Student rate, you must provide a photocopy of your student card when registering (mail or fax).
****Group rate applies to single registration via mail or fax of three or more individuals; online registration not available for this rate.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation – 14 days or more before the workshop date: - Participants can choose to receive a refund (less $40 administrative charge) or a credit (less $20 administrative charge) to any future workshop.
Cancellation – Fewer than 14 days and at least one business day prior to the workshop date: - Participants will receive a credit (less $40 administrative charge) to any future workshop.
We regret that a refund or credit cannot be offered if your cancellation is not received at least one business day prior to the workshop.
Substitution Policy:
A colleague may attend in your place, at no extra cost. You are required only to notify us of the name of the person attending so that we can correct our records and minimize confusion at check-in.
