The building is located on the South side of King Street East, between Mary Street and Charles Street.  Enter the building at the front entrance (King St. E) and proceed to the elevators (on your right) or take the hallway (to your left) to access the stairs. The workshops are located in the Doctor’s Lounge in the East Wing of the 2nd floor.  




Parking Information

Parking lot #1 has 170 spaces.  Entrance and exits are on Athol Street or Charles Street. As you are leaving the Clinic, please visit one of our three pay stations to pay for parking. Parking is charged on a time basis, $2 for the first half hour, and $1 for every half hour thereafter.

Parking lot #2 is located between our Physiotherapy Building and our Centre for Sleep Medicine. This lot has 30 spaces and parking is a flat rate of $3 per visit. You may enter the lot on Charles Street and pay upon exiting on Athol Street.

Parking lot #3 is a City of Oshawa parking garage. You may enter or exit on either Bond Street or King Street. Municipal parking rates apply.  During the weekday, parking is free after 7pm and during the weekend, parking is free all day.
